What it keeps track of
Attendance
Mark each person P, ½P or A for the day. Workers and salaried employees have separate lists, and you can filter by trade when a list gets long.
Wages and payments
Daily wages add up from attendance and each worker's rate, and employees are paid a monthly salary. Record advances and payments as you hand them over, and every balance stays up to date.
Materials, vendors and subcontractors
Log material purchases against a site. Keep a vendor's GSTIN and invoices with their account, and see how much of a subcontractor's contract you've paid.
Client bills and site profit
Raise bills to clients with GST, TDS and retention worked out. The site profit screen shows what each site has brought in next to what it has cost, month by month. On Pro, you can also ask AI for suggestions on a site, worked out from that site's own figures.
Your team
Add a manager or site supervisor to your business. Supervisors only see the sites you assign them, can't open payments, and don't see pay rates unless you allow it.
